- Food and lifestyle - how it effects our everyday life and what really makes us unhealthy (stagnation). Learn how to eat to support your organs, cleanse in a safe and realistic way, get your sample food guide and grocery list. You will have 1-1 coaching during this phase.
Phase III -Inflammation
- Food intolerances and sensitivities, Sugar, artificial, colors, dyes, gluten, and dairy. Learn how to actually read Food labels without counting calories, carbs, fats, proteins.
Learn how to understand the body’s signs and symptoms and how to bing it back in balance.
- Root Causes and how to identify
Phase IV- Movement
- Exercise and benefits according to your body’s constitution. Lymphatic movement
Creating your fitness and flexibility program. You will have 1-1 coaching for this Phase.
Phase V - Stres Management
- Stress Effects, Breathing Techniques, Teas/Foods for stress management, Technology chaos, Creating stress management lifestyle
By the end of the 90 days, you may have a significant change in health. Trusting the process and realizing it takes time and there is not one way only. You will have a plan and understanding of Home Remedies and Natural Therapies and will know how to put it all together. Some of these methods will include, food, exercise, Bach flowers, tapping, breathing, saunas, cold baths, oils, herbs, sound and energy work.
